Healthy Communities Project
Think Tank for Action on Social Change (TASC) has carried out an evaluation of the Dublin City Community Co-operative’s Healthy Communities Project (HCP). The HCP was set up to tackle health inequalities through targeted, evidence-based initiatives in the community.
The purpose of this external evaluation is to provide an independent assessment of the impact of the work of the Healthy Communities Team in delivering their various programmes to clients. Highlights of the programmes offered include Social Prescribing, Healthy Food Made Easy, Wellbeing and Stress Management and smoking cessation supports.
