Seminar on Long-term Unemployment Post Pandemic: 30 June 11am

Youth Unemployment

One of the key challenges facing Ireland as it emerges from Covid-19 is how to address our unemployment crisis. Many of our young people and people working in low pay sectors have been without work for an extended period, and are now long-term unemployed. And there are also those who were in long-term unemployment before the crisis.

TASC is hosting an event on the challenges this generation faces in addressing long-term unemployment.

We will be joined by a diverse range of speakers including:

  • Brid O'Brien , INOU
  • Tricia Keilthy , SVP
  • Elish Kelly , ESRI
  • Robert Sweeney, TASC

We will also be joined by Anthony O'Connor of Manchester Cathedral, who leads the Volition Community, which helps long-term unemployed people secure a job.

Join us for the event which will take place on Wednesday 30th June at 11am.

A Zoom access link will be sent to all registered attendees closer to the event.
