TASC Contributes to Energy Affordability Policy Discussions

TASC was delighted to participate in stakeholder discussions convened by Trifecta Ireland on energy affordability and Ireland’s clean energy transition. Bringing together civil society organisations working closely with communities affected by high energy costs, the sessions explored practical policy solutions to reduce energy bills while supporting long term electrification goals.

The discussions will inform the development of an “Affordability Ladder” of policy recommendations for the Department of Climate, Energy and the Environment. TASC was pleased to contribute its expertise on social justice and equitable climate policy to this important process.
