Alison Wolf Pens Opinion on Higher Ed

On December 4, 2018 TASC Annual Lecture speaker, Alison Wolf, published an Irish Times opinion piece related to her lecutre discussion on diminishing returns on higher education funding. In the article, titled "Is it time to fall out of love with universities?", Wolf makes an arguement for increasing funding for vocational and primary school education, rather than pouring the majority of state resources into higher education.
