7. Review a list of Students 'On-Site'

CheckIT is a windows mobile Windows CE, PocketPC or Windows Mobile handheld application for:
Restricted Areas
Security Zones / Cordons
Construction Sites
Entertainment Events
Concerts etc..

CheckIT enables its User to capture movements of persons or objects at the Entry / Exit point.

The User i.e.

• Ticketing Operatives

Utilise the CheckIT system using a mobile device (Or Handheld computer) which can then update the back office / database event logging system.

CheckIT was first conceived to track the Movement Events of vehicles, but can also be utilised to track the movements of:

• People
• Items
• Objects
• Equipment
• Assets.

Target at the heart of CheckIT:
Because movements in the form of Check-Ins (Entries) and Check-Outs (Exits) are captured using a mobile device, these Events are then available to the User as reports.

For example:

• Checked-In at (Who, When and Why)
• Checked-Out at (Who, When and Why)
• On-Site still (Who, When and Why)
• CheckIT (Who, When and Why) is this here, i.e. a Vehicle, “…Should It be here according to the system?”

These Reports include:

• On-Site – a list of all movements into the Zone / Cordon which do not have a corresponding movements out of the Zone / Cordon.
• Checked-In – a list of all movements into the Zone / Cordon.
• Checked-Out – a list of all movements out of the Zone / Cordon.
• CheckIT – a cross-check / spot-check which shows the current status (is it Checked-In or Checked-Out currently) in the system of the Person, Item, Object, Equipment or Asset.

The On-Site report is the key report. This allows the User to see what / whom is still within the Zone / Cordon, for example in the case of an emergency, where a list of what / whom needs to be accounted for during a Fire alert.
